Deposits are non-refundable, though extreme circumstances will be at the discretion of Christine Neill, NTGMD.

Deposit refunds will be issued for breeder faults such as:

• The accidental death of a puppy chossen

Deposit refunds will not be issued for the following reasons, but not limited to:

• Customer change of mind
• Customer found a different breeder

Puppy Refund

Refunds for the purchase of a puppy will only be given if a genetic defect is detected by a licensed veterinarian, with a backup report sent to NTGMD, within the first 18 months of the puppy’s life. The buyer will not receive a refund if the puppy has not been spayed or neutered within 14 months.

If the customer is unable to continue caring for the puppy, the puppy must be returned to Christine Neill. NTGMD will find a new, more suitable home for the puppy and any proceeds from re-homing fees will be issued to the customer. Deductions cost of time spent from NTGMD raising the puppy from birth, marking costs to relist the puppy, time and travel, as well as age depreciation of the puppy, determined by the age of the puppy when it has been returned to NTGMD.

 N TX Golden Mountain Doodles can be referred to as NTGMD, N. TX Golden Mountain Doodles, North Texas Golden Mountain Doodles, or the reference of "Mountain" as "Mnt",  on any attachments, pdf, web link, form, or documentation on www.ntxgoldenmntdoodles.com site or text and links within.
